Anna & Jacob met at work! They work at the same call center selling hearing aids. They say it was love at first sight! After they met, they were inseparable. They were constantly together and their relationship was a bit on-again, off-again as they navigated this newfound love.

Luckily, they eventually came together for good and got married in the Salt Lake Temple! If you know Jacob, you know he’s the most friendly guy in the entire world. When we were trying to take pictures after their wedding outside the temple, tourists kept trying to take their own pictures on the stairs. As a result, there were tourists in nearly every group photo with their family and friends outside the temple that day!

We tried to get a few shots in with just Anna + Jacob’s family, but the tourists didn’t speak a lick of English, so our efforts to convince them to stay in their own frames were fruitless. We made it work though, and what funny memories to think on!

After we did pictures at the Salt Lake Temple, we headed over to their reception venue in Mapleton. It was a beautiful reception with a line to greet guests and an incredible performance by Anna herself!

Anna is a classically trained vocal artist and she rewrote her own lyrics to one of her favorite songs from Chicago to perform for her husband during their reception. Don’t tell anyone, but he sobbed his eyes out.

It was such an honor to be able to work with these two darlings on their wedding day!
