Elizabeth Cooper Design | Commercial Photography Logan, Utah
Although my main service is wedding photography, I love when I get to combine the creativity of commercial photography with my experience shooting all things lovely and wedding-related. I had the amazing opportunity to photograph the Margaret dress from Elizabeth Cooper Designs in American Fork, Utah. We teamed up for a spectacular collaboration and ran a giveaway with Leading Edge Aviation. It was a neat experience to work with these businesses and to collaborate for these pictures.
To me, Elizabeth’s brand and aesthetic simply scream “elegance” in every way, shape, and form. I made a personal goal to find some new, simply stunning locations to achieve a look for these shoots that would totally fit her brand.
I rounded up a couple of amazing models, Hannah and Bradley from South Jordan, Utah to shoot a few pictures at Leading Edge Aviation here in Logan, Utah in Cache Valley. It was amazing to see all of the cool planes land and take off. Man, it sure made me want to buy a plane. I’m sure my landlord wouldn’t mind, right?
After we shot at the airport, we all headed up to Providence Canyon Waterfall. This waterfall is one of my favorite places to shoot because it is so easy to get to in a Jeep! You can just drive straight on up! And the views are simply unbelievable. I even convinced Hannah and Bradley to get in the water and it made for some breathtakingly gorgeous shots.
I did one more shoot for this dress at the S.E. Needham mansion in Logan with my friend Sara Glover, the most incredibly talented amateur model I’ve ever worked with. Sara is a make-up artist and did her own hair and make-up for the shoot, which turned out simply beautiful! And the house was incredible It had the prettiest Victorian finishes and suited this wedding gown so nicely.
